Answer This just means that your library hasn’t partnered with us yet. We are eager to partner with them, so please let us know that you would like to see them on the site, and we will contact them immediately!

Answer The minimum donation is $10 USD

Answer Unfortunately, LibrariesFeed does not facilitate the donation of material goods.

Answer Yes! We understand your desire for privacy and take it very seriously. During the check-out process, you may select to make your donation anonymously. LibrariesFeed will still ask for your name, billing address, and email for tax purposes, but we won’t share any of this information with the project to which you have donated. You will still receive thank you emails and project reports if you request them, but the people behind the project will not know your name or any personal information.

Answer In order for LibrariesFeed to protect the donations made on our site, we have strong security measures in place to guard against fraudulent transactions. Here are some common reasons that we might not have been able to process your donation:

The billing address you entered does not match the billing address associated with your credit card.

The security code entered does not match the one on your card.

The expiration date entered has either passed or does not match what your bank has on record.

Your bank has declined the charge.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reattempt a transaction once it has been declined. We encourage you to submit your donation again, double-checking that your zip code, billing address, and credit card details are correct. If you continue to experience problems donating, please let us know, and we’d be happy to help!

Answer Yes! When you give through LibrariesFeed, we will ask you to share a few pieces of information with us, like your name and email address, so we can create a profile for you. This profile will allow you to keep track of your giving history and access project updates. Additionally, we’ll send you a receipt for every donation you make to LibrariesFeed.

Answer Our platform fee on all funds raised is 5%. It is free for libraries to sign up and create a hunger relief project and fees are deducted from the funds you raise (not the goal you set). In addition, Stripe (our exclusive payment processor) charges a processing fee of 3% + 0.30 per transaction.

Answer Currently, LibrariesFeed utilizes a “Keep-it-All” campaign model. There are two types of campaigns. “All or Nothing or “Keep it All”. In a “Keep-it-All” campaign, donors are charged immediately. In an “All-or-Nothing” campaign, donors are charged only once the campaign concludes, and they are only charged if your campaign has reached its goal.

Answer No problem! When donating, you can choose to not have your name displayed on the library’s campaign page.

Answer No. LibrariesFeed does not store or save your credit card information. We take security very seriously, so this sensitive data is handled exclusively by a PCI Compliant payment processor.
